Theoretical and methodological principles of simulating vehicle stability factors in braking

Abstract

The paper presents the simulation factors, influencing vehicle controllability and stability in braking, and the main principles developed for evaluating the system model used for simulation, taking into account the road-holding capacity of a tyre. The factorial analysis of the considered model is performed and the recommendations for evaluating the integral indicator Q are given. The factors determining the grip coefficient are also analysed and expert evaluation and its practical application are discussed. It is emphasized that the main factor determining vehicle stability is road-holding capacity of a tyre.

Stabdomo automobilio stabilumo veiksnių modeliavimo teoriniai ir metodologiniai pagrindai

Santrauka.
